For those unfamiliar with the term, shadow work is the process of exploring the parts of our psyche that we often repress or hide from ourselves and others. It involves facing our fears, insecurities, and negative patterns in order to bring light and healing to these parts of our being.
Through my own journey of shadow work, I have discovered that it is one of the most transformative and empowering experiences one can have.
