Happy Full Moon 🌕

Hi everyone, and happy full moon!

This full moon arrives right at the end of the week—and for many sensitive souls, its energy can ripple through our lives. You might notice your sleep being disrupted up to three days before and after the full moon. Emotions can feel heightened, and parts of ourselves we usually keep tucked away may come into the light, asking for attention and reflection.

That can be a lot, especially when layered on top of the demands of daily life. So, as you read this blog post, I invite you to gently arrive in your body. Soften your breath. Drop your shoulders. Maybe even pause to make yourself a cup of tea or light a candle.

Let’s take a few minutes to check in together...

How are you feeling?

How is your body? Your mind?

Can you take a moment to land fully in yourself?

Now, let’s reflect:How do you want to celebrate this full moon?

I’ll share a few suggestions below—take what resonates, and feel free to leave the rest.

🌕 Full Moon Ritual Ideas

1. Check in with your energy levels.Come back to your body. Notice what feels good, nurturing, or “yummy” for you right now. The moon carries feminine energy—it's about feeling, allowing, relaxing. This is a time for self-care, reflection, and connection.

If your energy is low:

✨ Simply reading this post with presence might be more than enough.

✨ Rest in bed with a guided meditation.

✨ Place a hand on your heart and just breathe.

If you feel energized:

🌕 Try a Full Moon Yoga practice (I’ll link one here for you).

🛁 Take an energetic cleansing bath or shower.

🕯️ Burn incense, sage, or palo santo to clear your space.

🍲 Cook something nourishing and set a cozy space to watch a film.

If you're feeling emotionally overwhelmed:

Know that you're not alone. This full moon might be illuminating things that are ready to shift or heal. Be gentle with yourself. You could explore somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system—YouTube has many beautiful, free resources for this. (I’ll link one here for you).

And if you feel you need deeper support, you’re welcome to book a healing session with me—or reach out to someone you feel called to work with. Trust your intuition; your healing is sacred, and you don’t have to move through it alone.

Whatever your practice looks like today, my hope is that you honor yourself. Care for your body, your mind, your heart. Fill your space and your being with things that nourish and bring light to your life.

Thank you for joining me in this Full Moon reflection. 🌷

With love:

Giuliana
